Band photo meme

Rules are

  1. Put your music player on random.
  2. Find photos of the first 20 artists/bands that come up (no repeats and no cheating).
  3. Have people guess who the artists/bands are. (comments will be screened until later)
  4. Make people do the same on their journal. If they feel like it.
  5. Answers in due course.

(Some really easy, some would be really easy if I'd picked the obvious picture, some not...)

2. You are correct, it's not them.
7. You won't hate yourself if you're right, which you are.
8. Correct, that's not him/them.
10. Nope. To be fair, that one's pretty evil.
11. Correct at the second attempt. (tsk, the other lot are a four-piece)
12. Bwahahaha! Both wrong, but the first one was closer.
13. Correct as far as it goes, but that hardly narrows it down, does it?
15. Correct on two out of three traits (maybe all three) but wrong answer.
16. With haircuts like that?! (again, this one's pretty evil)
20. Heh. There's a resemblance, I'll give you that, but nope.

All the others where you actually answered, correct.

Annoyingly I thought "That looks a *BIT* like Steve Tyler, but not enough for me to put Aerosmith down". A bit dumb really since I didnt put anything else down.

Indeed; I was somewhat croggled that the others didn't get it.

Elsewhere, the best way to get those where I've tried to hide the lead singer is to look for the lead guitarist, though that obviously requires knowing the band a bit better...
